Transform and roll out. When we go out for sushi, we go all the way out and order as much as we can eat. We were able to get a good mix of different rolls from a wide selection menu. We ordered DC Rol $7, Grilled Salmon Skin Roll $5, Crunchy Salmon $6, and Saba Gari Roll $6. You can really taste the high quality of all the ingredients. The fish was so fresh and fatty juicy. It brings sushi to a whole new level of sushi craftsmanship.
Miso Soup $5
It’s a miso soup with higher standards! A lot more flavorful than what you find in most other sushi places. You can never go wrong with Miso Soup as a starter before some nomnoms.
Seaweed Salad $6
This is the best seaweed salad I have ever tried. It’s not your regular store-bought salad, but it tasted like it was prepared right there in the restaurant. Unlike many other places, they make their own salad from scratch. I will have to get a few more orders of this!
Salmon Creme Fraiche $6
Fluffy time. You can really taste the fresh salmon with little caviar on top. The rice is so fluffy soft—good order for all nigiri lovers.
