Our trip’s second dish is these two beautiful poached eggs with a perfect yellow runny yolk, hollandaise sauce, and crab cake. Nothing beats spicy cajun hollandaise sauce for that extra wake-up kick in the morning. It is served on top of two thick crab cakes and an English muffin.
