Crunchies munchies are dipping to start our Indian dinner experience in Arlington, DC’s suburb. I always got to order a sharing dish to have more space to stuff our bellies with more nomnom. It’s the little batter-fried balls of spinach, onion, and potatoes. It’s an exciting texture combined with a mix of crunchy and gooey. Predominately it consists of vegetables with spinach leaves. Always a big fan of greens, and with so many veggies, we feel like it might be a healthy way to start our dining experience. By itself, it tasted a bit bland, but combine with the spicy dipping sauce, and it’s a whole new flavor. It’s all about the dipping—a great way to start your Indian noming adventure.
