I love the fact this very tiny Korean food shop is located inside a gas station. Don’t let that fool you, and you are stepping into a foodie paradise. We are a big fan of Bibimbap and super excited to try it from this popular food truck’s new permanent location. You get a whole lot for the price of this excellent rice bowl. So much color and beauty in this big rice bowl. A whole lot of food and a whole lot of flavors. The meat was very soft, well seasoned and the ingredients tasted fresh. Not something you would expect from a gas station place. Of course, everything is always better with a runny sunny-side-up egg on top. We can not wait for our next foodie adventure to try more nomnom Korean things, especially the new Bulgogi Hoagie.
