Bison Burger $9 @ Funxion (CLOSED)

Time for a new foodie place opening. Brand new location doing a test run of their special menu prepared by Nutritionist/Food Science specialist. This burger only has under 500 calories with 8g fat—a great burger full of flavor and a nice soft texture. I enjoyed chatting with the owner about their menu development, other menus, and nightlife. It comes packed with swiss cheese, caramelized onions, red pepper tomato-relish, mushrooms, and freshly ground lean bison.
