It looks as if it is just exploding out of the bread bowl. That is one very soft and extremely gooey dish. One very filling starter can quickly fill up the whole table, so sharing is a must when it comes to this started. Make sure and stop this excellent restaurant from trying their amazing crab dip if you happened to be on vacation in Rehoboth.
Pig + Fish $25
The pig is strong in that fish, unleashing all the love of meat dinner dish from the masters of pig and fish while on an adventure in Rehoboth, Delaware, the rainbow beach town. I can’t pass this restaurant namesake dish that embodies all land and sea meat goodness. Thick pieces of soft and tender mustard braised pork belly with big seared scallops. Oh god, those two were cooked to perfection. Each bite of pork and scallops were pure joy. They, alone without anything, would make a perfect dish. Root vegetable hash was unlike anything we’ve tasted before. I wanted to give this dish 5/5, but sadly the brussels sprouts just took a whole point away. They were pretty much inedible, lightly steamed, almost raw without any seasoning. The entire dish is still amazing, as long as you don’t eat brussels sprouts. I am still pleased with this dish and consider it one of the best things we had during the trip. Don’t let the brussels sprouts get you down!
Crispy Risotto Cake $9
You are overeating on some fantastic risotto at a restaurant by the masters of pig and fish while on an adventure in Rehoboth Delaware, the rainbow beach town. Right off the fork, you can see how beautiful this appetizer dish is. First, bite in, and we realized that we might have just tasted one of the most amazing recipes ever. Comes with lovely thick pieces of yummy bacon. This is a dish that you have to enjoy slowly in silence so as not to miss every single flavor. The soft boiled egg on top just completed this perfect dish. It added a lovely smooth texture and flavor, great with every bite. The enormous, beautiful portion can easily be an entree for one person. Though it’s always better to share the joy of something so tasty, make sure and stop this excellent restaurant from trying their fantastic Risotto if you happened to be on vacation in Rehoboth.
Bread Pudding + Ice Cream
All your bread pudding belongs in our tummies when it’s from the masters of pig and fish while on an adventure in Rehoboth, Delaware, the rainbow beach town. First of all, it’s one excellent bread pudding dessert presentation. Second, it could be one of the best bread puddings we’ve ever tried. Not something we order often, but it came highly recommended by the waiter, and he was right. Every bite of this bread pudding was just so soft and light that it made our taste buds happy. Tasted like a different kind of bread pudding, with less bread and more pudding, it had so much more flavor and texture than what we usually find — topped with lovely and refreshing ice cream and caramel. Great combination of cold and hot to enjoy while on vacation. Shouldn’t a dessert from a place called Pig & Fish include some pig and fish?!
Brownie + Ice Cream
Sweet dreams are made of these brownies from the masters of pig and fish while on an adventure in Rehoboth, Delaware, the rainbow beach town. That is one very rich and dense brownie with a whole lot of chocolaty flavors. The texture was perfect, with an excellent combination of soft gooey and brownie dough. One spoonful might fill you up or give you a sugar coma. Mhhhh sugar coma of deliciousness. Topped with a beautiful large scoop lot of vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate—a great combination of warm, gooey, and cold. Make sure to stop by this place during your trip to Rehoboth and try their desserts.
