Nothing beats Filipino’s famous Adobo dish like Adobo Flakes from Whistlestop, a restaurant in Makati, Manila suburb of Philippines. Flakes all around! Loving all the different ways Adobo is prepared in the Philippines. A whole lot of adobo goodness for just $4 (160 Pesos). Yummy adobo with rice, fish sauce, and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. First time I am trying adobo in a flaky form. I love mixing adobo, rice, and a gooey egg. Pour a yummy fish sauce all over. I was told it’s harder to prepare it this way rather than a usual style Adobo.
